 TRANQUILA SPA 

All treatments carry an additional cost Return to the tranquillity of nature at Tranquila Spa, an award-winning luxury  African spa. Access  to Tranquila Spa is complimentary when you book any of our luxurious spa  treatments. Alternatively, guests can enjoy full access to the spa facilities with  a spa pass available at R280 per person.

Quadbike Safari

  The Quadbike safari is an exciting and adventurous opportunity to ‘rough it up’  in Aquila’s 10 000 hectare wildlife reserve. No prior experience is necessary  for the quadbike safari tour. All tours are led by two qualified game rangers.  Quadbike safaris are weather permitting and subject to availability.  Our quad bikes have a maximum weight of 95 kg and a minimum age  requirement of 16 years and older.

 Horseback Safari  

The Horseback Safari is a unique and adventurous way to experience  the wonders of a South African safari in the middle of a 10 000 hectare Karoo  game reserve. No prior horse riding experience is necessary for the horseback  safari tour. All horseback safaris are led by two qualified game rangers.   Horseback Safaris are weather permitting and subject to availability.  Our Horses have a maximum weight of 95 kg and a minimum age  requirement of 16 years and older. 

FUN FOR THE KIDS

 This program carries an additional cost per child Junior Ranger Program The Junior Ranger Programme, starting daily at 10am, is an exciting   opportunity for children (ages 4 to 12) to discover the wonders of   South Africa’s Karoo wilderness. Led by experienced safari guides, this  interactive outdoor experience will teach your little explorer all   about the animals that call Aquila home.

Guests are pampered with natural products, soothing treatments,  and world-class spa facilities. Indulge in African wood massages, hot stone  massages, manicures, pedicures, deep cleansing facials, and more. Enjoy  complimentary access to all spa facilities, including lockers and changing  rooms, for the ultimate relaxation experience. For a serene and relaxing  atmosphere, the spa is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
